Low season prices apply during all further periods of the year.
Extra bed: 15 € per day.
Prices indicated:
- Include electricity, water, air conditioning, the parking space in the garden, wifi, linen.
- Do not include the tourist tax (1,50 € per person per day for the first 5 days) and the final cleaning of 40 €.

POLICY
A first instalment of 30% of the rental value in low, early, and after-season and of 50% in peak season has to be paid when booking by bank transfer or paypal. Your booking is legally binding on receipt of the deposit. The balance is to be paid at the latest at the day of arrival. In case of a cancellation preceding the first day of the booking period by less than 15 day in low, early, and after-season and less than 30 days in peak season we reserve to ourselves the right to detain the deposit..
